Through the forms on jbs.finance we may receive: • your name; • a phone number or email address; • the name of a company or project; • the text of your enquiry or request. The data is provided voluntarily when you fill in a request form or ask for materials.

The data is processed solely to: • review and handle an incoming enquiry; • contact you to clarify the details of a request; • deliver the materials you requested (PDF files, checklists). The legal basis is the consent of the data subject (art. 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data and Its Protection).

Personal data is kept no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing, and in any case no longer than 3 years from your last enquiry. Once that period expires, the data is destroyed.

We do not sell, transfer, or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Incoming messages are processed on our own infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers). The data is not passed to advertising networks and is not used for profiling.

Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data and Its Protection you have the right to: • obtain information about the processing of your data; • request correction of inaccurate data; • withdraw your consent to processing; • request deletion of your data.
